Jim has 36 years of experience in the construction industry working for Caterpillar, CMI Roadbuilding, and Astec Industries.

Mr. Eley is a veteran of the construction industry, with more than 40 years of hands-on experience in every phase of commercial construction. 

Doug is a seasoned construction executive who completed development of our first product.

John is Director of Capital Markets for Tremont Realty Capital Mid–Atlantic Region, and a holder of a BBA, Emory University Business School. He brings over 25 years of Finance experience and is considered one of the leading financial experts in the manufactured housing community industry.
